If you only listen to one thing this weekend listen to this

Today I was fortunate enough to hear Hannah McGill’s short piece for radio; ‘From Fact to Fiction: Waves’, if you listen to only one thing this weekend please listen to this, whether you would call yourself a feminist or not please give it a listen, it’s only 13 minutes long but is effortlessly witty, and thought provoking in it’s nuanced delivery. I found it quite simply exquisite.

“With controversies surrounding sexual identity and freedom of speech regularly making the headlines, today’s short story compares three eras of feminist campaigning. The reader is Joanna Tope. “

Enjoy the goosebumps…and remember “don’t read the leaflets!”…

  1. Sadly, I have no TV license for Scottish political reasons (and my wife took the TV, with my blessing, when she left). I object to being taxed to be lied to.

So I cannot listen to this since it wants me to sign in. I wonder if some kind person could extract it and put it on soundcloud or similar.
